▲ All jewelry will be in stock and ready to ship within 2-3 business days, depending on the material requested and the craft process involved.

What forms of payment are available?
We have the following means of payment: Credit card, Bizum and Paypal.

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.

  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.

  • Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment by credit card, only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the corresponding customs procedures. Normally, taking Spain as a reference, deliveries are usually made within an approximate period of 15-20 days maximum internationally and 2-3 days within national territory.​

Where I can get my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc..). In addition, for your convenience, you can also pick it up at a nearby store or courier.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Shipping costs for the peninsula are €3, while for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla they are €4.95.
International shipping costs are €15.95.

▲ Satisfied or refunded

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your package (See Right of withdrawal ) to request a refund.

You will then have to reship the package (return address) before being refunded to PayPal (if you paid with PayPal) or your bank account (if you paid by credit card)

Products returned incomplete, personalized, worn, damaged (except defect) or soiled are not returned.

What should I do to give the item back?
To return an item, you must send it to our headquarters in Spain located in Oviedo- CP 39100 Asturias (Ïzza) in the same state in which it arrived. 

How is the return made?
The refund will be made by means of a discount coupon to be redeemed in the online store for the same amount of said purchase.

Who pays the shipping costs for returns?
Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to defect or breakage.
