LALE
Tulip garden

Lale is tulip smell. This new collection is inspired by the flowers present in Persian and Ottoman tapestries and ceramics that represented tulip gardens as a fundamental element of life and good omens.
The tulip, brought to Anatolia from the Pamir mountains of Central Asia, spread to the world from Turkey and is considered a symbol of sensuality and creativity. A good example that it is a sacred flower is that it appears in practically all Turkish art since the end of the 17th century, including mosques or the Koran itself.
To create this collection we have used old graphic references of tulip flowers present in Turkish art, as well as some of its most characteristic colors.
Made of Czech glass, it is a series full of color and contrast, where the flowers take on their own character by combining translucent pearls with shiny and matte ones, which enhance the expressiveness of the flowers themselves.
